Integral Project for a Sparkling Wine Cellar: Innovation and Quality by Parcitank

We would like to share with you some images of one of our latest major projects: a comprehensive project for a prestigious winery producing sparkling wines located in the province of Girona. 

In this project, Parcitank has left its stamp of quality, technology and experience, developing a perfectly equipped installation to cover all the needs of the winery.

What have we contributed to this project?

• Isobaric tanks with support feet of different capacities.
• Cleaning CIP with wheels.
• Cleaning system with motorised valve.
• Installation and automation of fermentation tanks.
• Automation of the base wine tank.
• Mechanical installation of the different zones.
• Walkways.
• 15,000 and 30,000 litre tanks with support feet and liners.
• Microfiltration buffer tank of 4,000 litres.
