This solution, designed and patented by our R&D department, makes it possible to maintain the quality of the wine in the storage tanks when they are not completely full, thus preventing oxidation of the wine. Available in diameters from 1.6 metres to 4.6 metres, it is an innovative and affordable alternative to current inerting systems, as only a compressed air installation is required.

Made of food-grade TPU material, the cap is inserted through the upper mouth of the tank, inflates and floats on the surface of the liquid, making a hermetic seal on the wall of the tank. Moreover, it is not necessary to make a fixed installation, so that the same cap can be used in different tanks of the same diameter.
