Instructions for coordinating activities

COMMUNICATION TO CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND SELF-EMPLOYED WORKERS WHO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES OR SERVICES IN PARCITANK FACILITIES.

PARCITANK, and as established in art. 10 of RD 171/2004, has the duty to monitor compliance with the regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention by contractor companies, subcontractors and self-employed workers who carry out activities in their workplaces. Before the start of any activity, it must require that they provide documentary evidence of such compliance.

PARCITANK aims to achieve an improvement in prevention management systems and a greater implementation of a preventive culture that has a real impact on the health and safety of workers.

With the intention of meeting the objectives in terms of coordination and taking into account the necessary effort, both material and human, that is required to control the important flow of documentation, the Occupational Risk Prevention Area of PARCITANK will have the help of an outsourcing service for the management of the exchange of information and documentation, in order to achieve effective compliance, systematically and continuously, with the requirements of the law. The new management of information and document compliance will help competing companies to keep the requirements requested by PARCITANK up to date.

PARCITANK has contracted the information and documentation exchange management service of the company VALIDATE NETWORK, S.L, hereinafter VALIDATE.

VALIDATE will be PARCITANK's interlocutor, in the exchange of documentation, for all companies and self-employed workers who must carry out activities or services that involve concurrence in PARCITANK's work centres.
The contractors, subcontractors and self-employed workers will receive from VALIDATE the information and requirements demanded by PARCITANK in terms of coordination and will offer VALIDATE the information and copies of the documents required before starting the provision of the work and authorising entry into their facilities.

It will be necessary, in order for them to carry out their activities in: PARCITANK, to contact VALIDATE and comply with the requirements.
It is necessary for your company to contact VALIDATE by email doc@validate.es or by telephone (multi-line switchboard) 948 315 042 and send you the following information:

  • Name, address and CIF of the company.
  • Name and email of the interlocutor with Validate.
  • List of workers who must be registered in the system, indicating the workplaces they go to or can go.

VALIDATE will send you the service contract, and once the contractual relationship has been established:

  • Contractors, subcontractors and self-employed workers will receive from VALIDATE the information, documents and requirements that PARCITANK must send them as an external company, in addition to the requirements required to access the different work centres.
  • They will be assigned a username and password to have access to the platform, with immediate, private and updated viewing of the document situation with their client, where they must incorporate the requested documents for the subsequent documentary verification that will be carried out by Validate.
